Introduction to Memoir Writing

As part of MyMemoirEducation, you receive this free Introduction to Memoir Writing Program to jumpstart your memoir writing. We’ve regrouped here in the column to the left ten of the highlights of our biweekly Writer’s Guides.

We ourselves continue to write and reflect on our writing—that’s what staying in the memoir conversation is about.

And you—as you continue to write and reflect on your own writing, you will notice your commitment to staying in the memoir conversation will become even stronger and your memoir will inch ever closer to publication.

You are helped to stay in the memoir conversation from all MyMemoirEducation has to offer:

  1. Materials—MP3s, e-books.
  2. Services—coaching, editing, ghostwriting, and book production.
  3. Participating in programs from The Memoir Network.
  4. Writing on a regular basis and asking yourself questions about that experience.
    • What do I really want to write about?
    • How is my writing shaping up?
    • What part of the memoir am I connected to and what part of the memoir is eluding me?
    • What can I do today to understand the lived experience that feels beyond my understanding right now?

We are certain you will find the free courses in MyMemoirEducation so beneficial that you will want others to benefit from them, too. We hope, after you praise it to the high heavens, you urge your friends, relatives, and acquaintances to register for their own membership in MyMemoirEduction.

We think the courses are wonderful but so are the blogs and the Writer’s Guides. Don’t deprive your contacts from the full benefits of membership. Urge them today to join our “from the inside out” pathway to a better memoir.

Keep writing, be in touch, and stay in the memoir conversation.
