Q. Is The Memoir Network’s My Memoir Education Plus the equivalent to the paid Substack?
A. No. My Memoir Education Plus does not correspond to the paid Substack membership. While it offers many options not in the paid Substack membership, it does not offer the Gathering of Writers, the monthly meeting. If you are satisfied with having access only to the tele-meeting, then stay on Substack.
Memoir Authority’s Gathering of Writers is part of a series of offerings . This level (MA) offers many more options than MME+.

Q. What if I join at one level and realize I’d like to go to a higher level, can I apply the fee for one level to another?

A. Yes, For instance, if you join the Memoir Education Plus and realize you want to be at the Memoir Authority Plus, we will bill you the difference for the month you are in. Please contact the office for processing.
Q. Can I join Memoir Authority PLUS without the Gathering of Writers and receive a rebate?
A. No, the memberships are available as packages. You can always not attend Gathering of Writers but you will not receive a rebate.
Q. If I buy at an annual level and find I have made a mistake, can I get a refund.
A. We will reimburse you for the remainder of your membership beyond the actual month. Please contact the office.
Q. Is there any placement by skills levels?
A. No. The programs offer so many options that you will be able to connect at your level. As your mentor in the group sessions, I will push members to their limit in order to maximize their progress. Expect to be challenged—kindly!
